The system includes the base unit and its accompanying cordless handset plus 3 additional cordless handsets and chargers. Only the base unit requires a phone jack. This phone system features a backlit handset LCD display along with the LED monochrome display on the base. The E5945 has a 30 station name/number phone and caller ID directory.
